Bagging for Bucks

Contact a local grocery store and have students bag groceries for tips. Provide a jar at each checkout for tips. Also have a flyer made up and hand them out to customers that are entering the store. The flyer should explain that the members are there to bag and carry groceries free of charge and if they choose to make a tip of donation, they can feel free to leave a donation in the jar. It’s a great time and customers are often generous with their donation.
